poručiti

1. (food, goods) to order
   Hajde da poručimo picu večeras. — Let's order pizza tonight.
   Poručila sam jaknu preko interneta. — I ordered a jacket online.
2. (to sb + da) to send word; to tell
   Poručio je da će zakasniti pola sata. — He sent word that he'd be half an hour late.
   Mama ti je poručila da se javiš. — Mom sent word asking you to get in touch.

In Serbia both poručiti and naručiti are used for ordering food or goods.
