   Tesno sarađujemo sa kolegama iz Novog Sada. — We work closely with our colleagues from Novi Sad.
4. (of a win, result) narrowly
   Naši su tesno pobedili u poslednjem minutu. — Our team won narrowly in the last minute.

In the sense "cramped" it is used impersonally with the dative: tesno mi je.
