   Imam seansu kod psihoterapeuta svakog utorka. — I have a session with my therapist every Tuesday.
   Posle pet seansi masaže leđa me više ne bole. — After five massage sessions, my back doesn't hurt anymore.
2. (contacting spirits) séance
   Na žurci su iz šale organizovali spiritističku seansu. — At the party they held a séance as a joke.
3. dated (in a cinema) showing; screening
   Stigli smo na poslednju seansu u deset. — We made it to the last showing at ten.

For a cinema showing, modern Serbian usually uses projekcija or termin; seansa in this sense sounds dated.
