1. linden; lime tree

2. (of a drink) linden tea
   Kad sam prehlađen, pijem lipu sa medom. — When I have a cold, I drink linden tea with honey.
   Skuvaj mi jednu lipu, molim te. — Make me a cup of linden tea, please.

The tea is also often called "čaj od lipe".
