3. (akcent na + acc./loc.) emphasis; focus
   Ove godine akcent je na zdravoj ishrani. — This year the focus is on healthy eating.

The variant "akcenat" is very common in Serbia. In the sense "emphasis", verbs like staviti, baciti take the accusative (staviti akcenat na zdravu ishranu), while with biti the locative is used (akcenat je na zdravoj ishrani).
