   Ceo dan čuči kod kuće ispred kompjutera. — He sits around at home in front of the computer all day.
   Ta pisma čuče u fioci već godinama. — Those letters have been sitting in the drawer for years.

The perfective counterpart is čučnuti "to squat down".
