To je čovek čiji sin radi sa mnom. — That's the man whose son works with me.

Upoznala sam devojku čiju si knjigu čitao. — I met the girl whose book you were reading.

It agrees with the thing possessed, not with the owner: čija knjiga, čiji brat.
